Website Care Plan FAQs
Our 3 Website Care Plans (Bronze Wings, Silver Wings & Gold Wings) all come with Maintenance & Security included as standard. The Silver and Gold plans offer additional levels of content edits.
The Bronze Wings plan includes the following website maintenance: 1) WordPress Core and Plugin updates, which protect your website by keeping your software on the latest version. 2) WordPress Theme updates – on request. 3) Daily backups of the site are saved “off-site” and kept for safe keeping for 90 days. 4) Your website is scanned every day and any malware found will be removed. 5) A monthly report is available to show you what’s been going on behind the scenes.
Both come with monthly maintenance & security included. The Silver Wings Plan includes 1 HOUR of content edits (equal to 2 x 30 minute tasks). The Gold Wings Plan includes 3 HOURS of content edits (equal to 6 x 30 minute tasks).
Yes! You will be sent a monthly PDF report of all plugin updates, backups and security scans performed. For even more granular information, you can view the activity logs in the Maintenance Dashboard plugin in the WordPress admin panel of your website.
Your website will be provided daily security scans. If malware is detected it will be removed. The WordPress core and plugin updates also protect your website by keeping your software on the latest version. Your website is constantly being monitored with WordPress security alerts and if there is a vulnerable plugin on your website, it will be updated as soon as the patch is available. MalCare automatically blocks malicious traffic with real-time protection.

Unfortunately not. That said, we have experience migrating sites from other platforms to WordPress. If you’d like to discuss this further, feel free to contact us and mention you’re interested in migrating a site to WordPress in the subject line.
No. However we do offer a loyalty program that rewards you with a free month’s worth of Content Edits for every 12 months you remain on one of our Care Plans. ie Silver Wings Plan members receive 1 EXTRA HOUR of content edits after 12 months, which may be applied at any time within the following 6 months. Gold Wings Plan members will receive 3 EXTRA HOURS of content edits after 12 months, which may be applied at any time within the following 6 months.

All our plans are paid monthly.

Content Edits FAQs
A content edit is anything that takes 30 minutes or less to resolve and can generally be handled within the Admin Panel of your WordPress site. For example: Adding or editing content like blog posts, WooCommerce products, pages, editing menus and widgets, installing and activating plugins, and much more.
● Editing Content: such as correcting a typo, replacing a photo, updating a social media button link etc.
● Adding Posts: such as a new article about your business’ latest award 🙂
● Troubleshooting: such as fixing a faulty web form that’s not delivering a message to your inbox.
● Stylesheet Changes: the code that controls the visual design and layout of the website pages.
● Plugin Research & Setup: ie helping add new functionality on your site.
● Configuring Forms: so that you can capture specific information.
● Plugin Conflicts: can stop your site working, so we’ll troubleshoot if needed.
● Theme Updates: to keep your site secure and working efficiently.
● White Screen: sometimes a site goes “blank”. Let us troubleshoot this for you!
● Layout Tweaks: ie moving a column or text to a different position on a page.
● Core & Plugin Updates: WordPress’ core code (and “plugins”) need to be kept up to date and tested in case they are not compatible and stop the site working.
● General WP Questions: there’s a lot to learn with WordPress, so feel free to reach out.
No problem! We’re happy to troubleshoot more complicated issues and then discuss what kind of resolutions we can offer to best fit your needs. Please note, these types of requests may require a longer resolution time, and may not fit into the time resources allocated to the Silver or Gold Wings Plans. We have developers available to help with any code-based requests (i.e. custom CSS) or troubleshooting.
No, the content edits can only be applied to a website that is published with a domain and host. If you wish to have a new website developed, please reach out to us by filling out our contact form as we’d love to help.
To submit a content edit, simply email us using the dedicated support email we’ll provide you with. Please include as much information as possible regarding the request; this includes your website name in the subject line, and clear instructions within the body of your email. You may attach content in a Word or similar text document. Any images (ie PNG or JPG etc), the URL of the page in question and any other information you feel will assist us to help you the most. You will receive a confirmation email upon submission.
Please send one email for each content edit request. This allows us to focus on each content edit on an individual basis, complete it, and then let you know it’s been completed more expeditiously.
Silver Wings Plan members can expect an email response within 2 business days, and content edits within 3-5 business days. Complex edits may take longer. Our Business Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm MST, Friday 9am-3pm MST, excluding national holidays.
Gold Wings Plan members can expect an email response within 1-2 business days, and content edits within 2-5 business days. Complex edits may take longer.
We’re not an emergency support provider. If your site was built by us, then refer to your terms and conditions for further clarification on emergency support out of hours.
